What happens when a customer taps?

Your selected Google review page opens on a compatible NFC smartphone. The card never writes or submits a review—the customer chooses whether to continue, their rating and their words.

Do customers need an app or a battery?

No app is required, and the card uses passive NFC technology, so it needs no battery, charging cable or power connection.

Do I need to find my Google review link?

Usually, no. Search for your business on the order form and select the correct location; our website retrieves the direct review link. If your listing is unavailable, use the manual-entry option and our .

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery via Australia Post Parcel Post typically takes 2–4 business days within the same state and 3–6 business days interstate after dispatch.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Email support@tapntrust.com. We test the programmed destination before dispatch and aim to respond within 1–24 hours. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.

Can multiple cards use different review links?

A package is programmed to one selected business location. If you need different links for different locations, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the correct setup.

Do I need to buy the Counter Stand?

No. The card works without a stand and includes self-adhesive backing. The Counter Stand is an optional accessory if you prefer an upright display.
