Where we ship
TapNTrust currently ships to valid addresses within Australia.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is A$9.90. Standard shipping is free when the order value is A$60 or more. The applicable rate is shown in Shopify Checkout before payment.
Processing time
Orders are usually programmed, tested and packed within 1–2 business days. Processing begins after the order and supplied business details have been confirmed.
Australia Post delivery estimates
Orders are sent using Australia Post Parcel Post. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within the same state and 3–6 business days interstate after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and remote locations or carrier disruptions may take longer.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking details are sent when available after dispatch. Please check the delivery address carefully at checkout. If an address needs changing, email support@tapntrust.com as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or dispatch.
Delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours and will help investigate the next steps.
