Product function
The TapNTrust NFC Review Card is programmed to open the Business Review URL supplied with the order when tapped by a compatible NFC smartphone. It does not create a review, choose a rating, submit feedback or guarantee any number or type of reviews.
Orders and customer-supplied details
You must check the selected business name, location and review destination before ordering and be authorised to use that destination. A card package is programmed to the one location selected with the order unless TapNTrust agrees to a different setup in writing. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed once programming has begun.
Prices, shipping and payment
Customer-facing prices are in Australian dollars. Standard shipping is A$9.90 and is free on orders of A$60 or more. The final total is shown in Shopify Checkout before payment. Shopify and its payment providers handle payment details; this website does not store full card numbers or CVVs.
Order acceptance and availability
An order confirmation acknowledges that the order was received. TapNTrust may contact you if supplied details are incomplete, a product is unavailable or an obvious pricing or technical error occurred. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the affected amount will be refunded.
Google policies and customer choice
TapNTrust is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. The card must be used to request genuine, unbiased feedback. Customers must remain free to choose whether to review, their rating and their words. Do not offer incentives for reviews or use the card to selectively request only positive reviews.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
